We once cooked gefilte fish (often stuffed in jars today) to honour the most precious days of the Jewish calendar. Liz, when she founded The Gefilteria, knew that if she could make gefilte fish relevant for a new generation, she could do anything. Learn about the history of this unique dish and how simple it is to make. Tastings provided! Space is limited to 40 participants.
